Create a Sequence Report

This form allows you to submit a sequence report to the database. All reports are reviewed and approved by a pathogen expert before they appear in the database.

When you have entered your values into the report, click on the "Submit form" button. Your values will be checked against constraints that have been defined for the database. If there are any values that do not meet these constraints, you will be alerted to this, and asked to correct the values. Values must be corrected before the report input form can be submitted.
